We want all our guests to feel safe and comfortable during their stay with us. Therefore, we have some house rules that we ask you to follow. These rules are in place to create a secure and pleasant environment for you, our other guests, and our staff.



🌟 Important to know:
✔ Upon check-in, you must be able to identify yourself, so please remember to bring a valid ID.
✔ For your safety, we have surveillance cameras in several areas, and some spaces are alarmed.

💙 Respect and consideration:
✔ We value a friendly and respectful environment. Threats, harassment, and discrimination are not allowed.
✔ Please be considerate of others by keeping noise levels at an appropriate level in your room. After 10:00 PM, we ask for quiet in hallways and rooms for everyone’s comfort.

🚭 Smoking and other restrictions:
✔ Smoking is prohibited in our rooms and other hotel areas, including at the entrance. Violations will result in a fee of 2000 SEK.
✔ Nitrous oxide and similar products are not allowed in the hotel.
✔ For safety reasons, open flames, gas stoves, or other flammable items are not permitted in rooms.

🔥 Fire safety:
✔ It is not allowed to disable, cover, or remove smoke detectors. A fee of 5000 SEK applies if this occurs.
✔ If you cause a false fire alarm that leads to an emergency response, you will be charged for the cost.

🔌 Charging electrical devices:
✔ E-bikes, e-scooters, drones, and other large rechargeable items may not be charged in rooms.
✔ For your safety, please unplug phone chargers and other personal electronic devices when leaving the room.

🍹 Alcohol and visitors:
✔ Brought-in alcohol may only be consumed in your room, not in shared hotel areas or by our outdoor pool.
✔ After 10:00 PM, only registered guests are allowed in rooms. Other visitors must be reported at the reception.

🚗 Other things to consider:
✔ Weapons are not allowed in the hotel. If you have a service weapon or hunting rifle, please contact us in advance.
✔ For your safety, you may only charge your electric car at our designated charging stations.
✔ We can only receive mail and packages for guests if notified in advance.

🛏 Responsibility for damages and extra cleaning:
✔ If the room is left in a condition requiring extra cleaning or sanitation, a minimum fee of 2500 SEK may apply.
✔ Any damages to the hotel or missing items from the room may be charged to you as a guest.
